although i say this all too often, i hate scenic photography, but for some reason, maybe because i had an amazing time at the beach, maybe because i ate too much chocolate, or maybe because i am tired of being in the city and the forest was a black hole i could not escape. i love these pictures. they remind me of the movie wizard of oz when dorothy is famished from her walk on the yellow brick road and comes across a forest of apple trees. the trees maintain a green hue that is alive. thats how i felt today.
