Harry Potter Gryffindor Jock Strap

I had been knitting feverishly this past month, needing to feel like I can accomplish something beautiful. I started with a blanket for my baby brother, but this is a never ending project since it's coming out of my head.

I was talking to a co-worker about knitting and mentioned my Jock Strap past. Although he is not a knitter, his love for Harry Potter sparked an idea to knit a Gryffindor Crest Jock Strap.

The image of the crest on the crotch was talking from a pattern I found here. The crotch was done on my Singer Knitting Machine to keep the tension consistent and keep me from going crazy. I knit the cable straps and ribbed waist. Korey was perfect for the shoot, being a HP fan and also coincidentally having an enchanted scar on his chest. There are photos of another jock to come!
